UN Chief Condemns Burning of Quran in US

| Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- The UN secretary general in a statement on April 5 condemned the recent burning of a copy of the Muslim holy book Quran in a U.S. church in Florida. Such actions contradict the efforts of the United Nations and many people around the world to promote tolerance, intercultural understanding and mutual respect between cultures and religions, stressed the statement. |
