Tourism Season Starts
Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- Tourism has restarted in scenic spots in the northwestern and western areas of the DPRK.

The most famous tourist resort in the areas is Mt. Myohyang. The mountain covers 375 square kilometers with Piro Peak as the highest peak, bordering Hyangsan County, North Phyongan Province, Nyongwon County, South Phyongan Province and Huichon City, Jagang Province. 

The tourist attractions also include Mt. Jangsu and Mt. Kuwol on the west coast and Mt. Ryongak in Pyongyang.

Songam and Ryongmun caverns are also visited by many people.

Tourism has been diversified in the country.
