The bulletin noted in an article that the DPRK, though not a big country, has such tremendous strength that even the U.S. dares not match though it styles itself "the world's only superpower."

The military capability of the DPRK has grown stronger as it holds Kim Jong Il as Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army and Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, it noted.

It said that the Juche idea, the Songun idea founded by the President and developed by Kim Jong Il has become the only guiding idea of the DPRK.
