S. Korean Organizations Demand Stop to Illegal Investigation of Civilians
Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- The Network for Watching Security Organization held a press conference in Seoul on March 29 denouncing the puppet National Intelligence Service for its illegal investigation of civilians.

It is made up of the Bar Association for Democratic Society, the Progressive Network, the Citizens' Solidarity for Democratic Society and the Solidarity for Progress of south Korea.

The organization accused the NIS of wiretapping any time the Internet and telephone registered in the name of Kim Hyong Gun, teacher affiliated to the Teachers Trade Union of south Korea.

Recalling that the Seoul Central District Court allowed it to commit an illegal wiretapping, the organization declared that this was an infringement upon the elementary freedom and rights of the people.

It demanded an immediate stop to the investigation and watch of civilians.

Then, the organization sent a petition to the Constitutional Court for a trial of the NIS' illegal act.
