Miserable Plight of S. Korean Students
Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- 200-300 students commit suicides annually in south Korea, driven to the bottom of destitution, south Korean CBS reported recently.

These suicides are attributable to frustrations and pessimism, hopelessness and melancholy caused by staggering registration fee and worry about unemployment.

The number of those who committed suicides in agony of the registration fee in 2008 and 2009 reached more than 580, according to the data made public by the puppet National Police Agency.

The number of those who choose death is on the steady increase in south Korea. A student in Kangrung, south Korean Kangwon Province, committed suicide in last February, leaving a paper for making a loan of school expenses and two lottery cards behind instead of a will.
