Present there from the DPRK side were the members of the military delegation led by Pak Jae Gyong, vice-minister of the People's Armed Forces, and the DPRK ambassador to Vietnam and from the Vietnamese side Nguyen Chi Vinh, deputy minister of Defence, and other officials concerned.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the issue of further developing the friendly relations between the armies of the two countries and issues of mutual concern.
