This is a shameless remark intended to justify the confrontation policy pursued by the south Korean authorities under the pretext of the case.

Over the past one year they have been hell-bent on the unprecedented anti-DPRK campaign, insisting on its involvement in the warship case.

They rendered the situation tense through such moves as announcement of "halt to the north-south trading and exchange", adoption of "anti-north resolution", resumption of anti-DPRK psychological warfare and launch of war exercises against the DPRK. Meanwhile, they peddled the argument about "the north's involvement" abroad, begging for international "cooperation" aimed at sanction against the DPRK.

The group of traitors also made reckless firing of shells at territorial waters of the DPRK around Yonphyong Island in November last year despite its prior warnings only to suffer a due punishment.

Nevertheless, it demanded an "apology" before bringing all of the north-south dialogues and exchanges to rupture.

Hyon's recent talk about "sincerity" is aimed to evade the blame for the bedeviled inter-Korean relations and the acute tension and continue the confrontation with fellow countrymen.
