L. Purevsuren, foreign policy advisor to the president of Mongolia who is presidential envoy on a visit to the DPRK, handed the personal letter and gift over to Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, on Tuesday.
