Hui Liangyu, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the Communist Party and vice-premier of China, at the conference underlined the need for the relevant regions and fields across the country to regard this work as a basic process for building ecological civilization, part of people's life to promote the harmony of society and a process to cope with the climate change and steadily carry it out under a scientific plan.
