Kyrgyz Court Sentences US Businessman to 15 Years

| Pyongyang, March 19 (KCNA) -- A Kyrgyz court has recently sentenced American businessman Eugene Gourevich to 15 years in jail in absentia. A sentencing statement said a District Court in Bishkek convicted him of selling a fuel depot in Kyrgyzstan to a U.S. company at a price below the market rate. The depot is at an airport used as a U.S. air base. |
