It will start from the middle of April at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition. Armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, servicepersons, working people from all walks of life, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and other overseas compatriots' organizations and foreigners will take part in the festival.

During the festival Kimilsungia shows are to be held at Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia hothouses in local areas, drawing visitors.
