Participants in Women's Meeting Visit Mangyongdae
Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- The participants in the national meeting of active women's union members for Songun culture visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung.

They laid bunches of flowers before the graves of Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik, grandfather and grandmother of the President, and his father and mother Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok and paid a silent tribute to them.

The visitors went to the old home of the President and looked round historic relics preserved there.

They also visited the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong.

And they went round various places including the Pyongyang Hosiery Factory and the Kim Jong Suk Nursery and enjoyed a performance given by the State Merited Chorus.
