US Psychological Campaign Denounced
Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- The United States has steadily conducted psychological campaign to bring down progressive countries.

A democracy fund, a U.S. psychological plot-breeding organ, recently invested 450,000 dollars in the anti-DPRK propaganda campaign of media and other organizations of south Korea.

According to Radio Free Asia on February 23, the fund allocated 10,000 dollars more to the three south Korean organizations as compared with the last fiscal year.

It is rumored that the CIA is involved in the fund headquartered in Washington D.C. The fund is financing what they called democracy-related projects of more than 1,000 institutions in at least 90 countries.

The fund and other U.S. psychological organs are resorting to craftier and more diversified means including bribing, big propaganda over hi-tech weapons, e-mail and false report as the days go by.

Very serious is psychological campaign by means of broadcasting. After the Second World War, the United States fed massive false reports slandering the former Soviet Union and other socialist countries in East Europe into the Radio Freedom and Radio Free Europe in a bid to undermine and topple them.

After its successful operation which resulted in bringing down those countries, the U.S. has changed its target to the countries in Asia and Africa.

It set up the "World Propaganda Office" specializing in eliciting worldwide support for Iraqi war before invading it. It also built the "News Broadcasting Station" for psychological offensive at the expense of a large amount of funds.

Radio Free Asia is what it uses as an important means for psychological campaign against the DPRK and other Asian countries at present.

The Radio is aimed to spread the U.S. style view of value and corrupt ideology and culture among the Asian countries in a bid to benumb the independent consciousness of the people there.

The U.S. psychological campaign is being rejected by the awakened countries.
