Japan Has No Future without Reparation
Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- Some countries have sincerely apologized to the international community for their crimes and compensated to their victims after the Second World War.

But Japan has failed for more than half a century to compensate to the Korean and other Asian people for their heinous crimes, inviting strong criticism in the UN and other international conferences.

Even U.S. Congress adopted a resolution denouncing Japan's war crimes and urging it to make an apology and reparation.

Prescription is not available for Japan's brutal crimes so that it should be forced to pay for them.

If Japan truly wants to win trust from the international community, it should promptly redress its past wrongdoings.

It is impossible for Japan to think about its future without reparation.
