That day the puppet military authorities announced a guideline on "reserve forces' drill to be changed from 2011", which states that sharp-shooting drill of the reserve forces will be staged to cope with street battle, etc. and 30,000 snipers of those forces will be trained and maintained.

They have also planned to commit two-side exercises for increasing combat capability of the reserve forces as well as drill for deploying some precision replacements to the forefront.
