US Plan for DPRK Nuclear Strike Revealed

| Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- The U.S. strategic command worked out the "Operation Plan 8010-08" in January 2009 when the current administration just came in, according to a south Korean newspaper. The plan is aimed to strike the DPRK with nuclear and conventional weapons, said Choongang Ilbo in an article on Feb. 19. The strike targets are the military and state leadership and nuclear and missile facilities. The revelation proves the Obama Administration has sought to stifle the DPRK from its first days. |
