| Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Wednesday sent a message of greetings to Bharrat Jagdeo, President of Guyana, on the 41st anniversary of proclamation of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
