Sense of Guilt--Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, February 22 (KCNA) -- Former U.S. President George Walker Bush gave up his visit to Switzerland for "security reasons," said the Rodong Sinmun newspaper.

Bush was expected to visit Geneva and address an event to be organized by a Jewish group.

He obviously wanted to take the opportunity to improve his public image, but Swiss people took a frigid attitude towards his upcoming visit, said the daily in a short commentary.

A human rights organization of Switzerland threatened to charge Bush, well known as "war president" and "torture president", with criminal offense.

Sponsors of a protest scheduled to be held during the event called on the protesters to bring shoes with them, the daily noted. When visiting Iraq in 2008 in his capacity as U.S. president, Bush was pelted with a piece of shoes at a press conference.

During his term of office, Bush produced many tragedies, including invasion and human rights violation, in other countries.

"His giving up the Switzerland visit tokens sense of guilt," the daily added.
