Sliced Vegetables Preserved in Soy Sauce, Traditional Food
Pyongyang, February 14 (KCNA) -- Sliced vegetables preserved in soy sauce, traditional Korean food, are everyday dishes for the Koreans.

They are made of agricultural produce and meat.

Dried or pickled vegetables and edible grass are preserved in soy sauce or put into soybean paste and peppered bean paste. They are served with spices after being salted.

Meat is processed after being boiled down with soy sauce.

Nutritious pickles are good for health when taken regularly.

The Sariwon Jongbang Foodstuff Producers' Cooperative and other foodstuff producers across the country are preserving sliced cucumbers, radishes, broad bellflowers, mushrooms, etc. in soy sauce and supplying them to working people.

Catering centers are often organizing competitive shows and diversifying the kinds.
