Present there from the WPK side were Kim Yong Il, secretary of the C.C., the WPK, and officials concerned and from the opposite side the delegation of the FCL led by Chairman Kalevi Wahrman.

At the talks both sides informed each other of their party activities and exchanged views on the matter of further developing the relations between the two parties and issues of common concern.
