Present there were Pak Ku Ho, head of the central headquarters of the Korean side to the above-said group who is vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and chairman of its Rights and Welfare Committee, Akihiro Harada, co-representative of the central headquarters of the Japanese side to the group, and personages concerned.

The meeting heard reports on the activities conducted by members of the group in different places to survey remains of the draftees killed by Japan.

Then it discussed and decided on the orientation of activities for this year including the probe and study of the issue of forcible drafting of Koreans and the observation of the "month of history and human rights of Koreans in Japan", etc.
