DPRK Proposal Supported in Equatorial Guinea
Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- Juan Nko Mbula, deputy general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, issued a statement on Jan. 11 to support the joint New Year editorial and the joint statement of the government, political parties and organizations of the DPRK.

Extending warm congratulations to the Workers' Party and people of Korea on the New Year, 2011, the statement said:

In the joint New Year editorial of major newspapers the DPRK set forth the tasks for national reunification. And it proposed, through the joint statement, to have dialogue and negotiations at all levels between the north and the south in order to tide over the difficulties prevailing on the Korean Peninsula.

I am sure that this stand of the WPK and the DPRK government will play a positive role in achieving peace and reunification of the peninsula and national reconciliation.
