The Association hoped that the north and the south would sit together to seek a negotiated, peaceful solution to the problems for easing the tension prevailing on the Korean Peninsula and averting the danger of a war without outsiders' interference.

It called upon the government, political parties and organizations of Denmark to extend support and solidarity to the proposal of the DPRK for dialogue and negotiations.
