It accused the fascist police of arresting Kim Se Chang, organizational chairman of the South Headquarters of Pomminryon, on the same day.

Recalling that legal actions are being suppressed as illegal ones owing to the dictatorship of Lee Myung Bak, the statement held that the fascist regime should step down as early as possible as it is hell-bent on the violation of human rights and the suppression of democracy.

If the authorities want to escape from a stern judgment from history and the nation, they should release Kim Se Chang and other prisoners of conscience engaged in the movement of independence, democracy and reunification, the statement noted.

Noting that it is urgent to eliminate the dictatorial regime, the "National Security Law" and security machines, the statement called upon the people from all walks of life to frustrate the frantic rackets of the repressive forces to escalate the confrontation with fellow countrymen and crack down upon people.
