British Organizations Call for Support to Korean People's Cause

| Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea made public a joint statement on Dec. 11 in support of the just struggle of the Korean people against the U.S. imperialists and the puppet authorities of south Korea's moves to provoke a new war. The statement called on the whole world to voice invariable support for the DPRK over the recent situation on the Korean Peninsula. It went on: The DPRK, a revolutionary, anti-imperialist and sovereign socialist state, is a country independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence. It is standing in direct military confrontation with imperialists and their stooges. The U.S.-led imperialist allied forces and the puppet authorities of south Korea are running the whole gamut of plots to stifle the DPRK in order to quench the torchlight of Juche, the torchlight of independence and socialism. The Korean People's Army led by Kim Jong Il, the illustrious commander of Songun, will never allow enemies to intrude into the inviolable territory of the DPRK even 0.001 mm. The U.S. imperialists will never be able to encroach upon even an inch of the territory of the DPRK. We call upon all the progressives in the world to unite close around the DPRK, an independent country. |
