Juan Campos Vega, chairman of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, spoke highly of the undying feats Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Suk performed in developing the KPA.

He stressed that the immortal exploits performed by Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Suk in the building of the armed forces would shine forever in the history of Kim Il Sung's nation.

Secouna Camara, director general of the Kim Il Sung Institute of Agricultural Science in Guinea, said that Kim Jong Il's assumption of the supreme commandership of the KPA marked an event to be specially recorded in the history of the development of the KPA. He explained that the KPA has been firmly prepared to be a mainstay and main force for accomplishing the cause of socialism and an army strong in ideology and faith as it is led by Kim Jong Il.
