2011-2012 Plan for Exchange between DPRK and Russia Inked

| Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- A 2011-2012 plan for exchange between the foreign ministries of the DPRK and Russia was signed in Moscow on Monday. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun and his party and Ambassador to Russia Kim Yong Jae and from the Russian side Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Vice-Foreign Minister Aleksei Borodavkin and others. The two ministers inked the plan. |
