Displayed in the venues were works of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, photos on their immortal feats, photos on the successes made by the Korean people in building a great prosperous and powerful nation and handicrafts associated with creative wisdom and skills of the Korean nation.

Appreciated at the shows were such Korean films as "Pyongyang Today", "Reply of Korea" and "Pyongyang at Night".

The general secretary of the Federation of Trade Unions of Brazil said at the exhibition-opening ceremony that Kim Jong Il has built up the Korean People's Army into a strong army capable of repelling any formidable enemy with his Songun politics.

The chairman of the federation said in the lecture that under the leadership of Kim Jong Il the Korean people have secured the military capability strong enough to resolutely repulse any provocation of the imperialists.

He accused the U.S. and the south Korean authorities of getting hell-bent on the moves to slander and stifle socialist Korea and ceaselessly staging war exercises for aggression in the Korean Peninsula.

The speakers at a meeting in Nigeria highly praised the validity and vitality of the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il and the immortal feats of Kim Jong Suk.
