During its stay in China, it visited two corporations, Jilin Yuwen Middle School, Yaowang Shrine in Beishan Park, Jilin University, the Jilin Chemical Fiber Group, the Jilin Provincial People's Hospital and different places of Beijing and Jilin Province.

Choe Thae Bok met and had a talk with Sun Zhengcai, secretary of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China who doubles as chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial People's Congress, and was entertained to a reception by Sun.
