The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism issued bulletin No. 49. The bulletin carried an article titled "Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il's outlook on armed forces" together with his photo. The article said that he formulated the original outlook on armed forces that the soldier masses are essential for army building and activities and they are the basic factor of deciding a victory in the war by applying the principle of the Juche idea that man is the master of everything and decides everything.

The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea released bulletin No. 68. The bulletin in an article titled "Supreme commander and his soldiers" dealt with touching stories about the profound loving care shown by him for soldiers during his ceaseless inspection of KPA units.

Meanwhile, the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism issued bulletin on the occasion of the 93rd birth anniversary of Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese heroine.

The bulletin in articles under various titles said that Kim Jong Suk brought up Kim Jong Il to be a revolutionary having profound love for the country and the people and made a great contribution to the founding and strengthening of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK.
