Present at the signing ceremony were Vice-Minister of Foreign Trade Ku Pon Thae and officials concerned from the DPRK side and the members of a Chinese government economic and trade delegation headed by Vice-Minister of Commerce Wang Hemin and Wang Zhilin, economic and commercial councilor of the Chinese embassy here, from the opposite side.
