Rodong Sinmun Friday observes this in a signed article.

Citing facts to prove that the Japanese imperialists fabricated the treaty by vicious military threat and blackmail, the article says:

On the strength of the illegal "Ulsa Five-point Treaty" Korea's sovereignty was mercilessly trampled down and the Korean people were forced to live as colonial slaves with bitter grief over the fate of being a stateless nation.

It is an unavoidable duty and the unanimous demand of the Korean nation and world public for Japan to make apology and full reparation for the hideous crimes it committed against the Korean people in the past.

But those impudent Japanese reactionaries have dodged honest apology and reparation for their past crimes though more than 60 years have passed since their defeat while talking about the "legitimacy" and "lawfulness" of the documents for aggression fabricated by them to reduce Korea to its colony in the past including the "Ulsa Five-point Treaty".

The Japanese imperialist are the sworn enemy of the Korean nation as they brought the Koreans so unspeakable misfortune, pain and calamities through the harshest colonial rule in the world history.

Any further attempt of Japan to cover up its past crimes and dodge making apology and reparation for them would only reinforce the firm determination of the Korean nation to settle accounts with Japan. The towering grudge and indignation of the Korean nation at the Japanese imperialists will touch off its bitterer hatred against Japan and force it to pay for its monstrous crimes committed for more than a century.
