Feats Performed in Party Building Praised
Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- Foreign party leaders who visited the DPRK at the heads of party delegations highly praised President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il for making immortal contributions to founding the Workers' Party of Korea and developing it.

Zane Carpenter who headed the delegation of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) said that a working-class party can creditably carry out its function and role as a staff of revolution only when it is led by a great leader.

The history of the socialist movement clearly shows the position and role of the leader in the revolutionary struggle of the working class, he said, noting that the WPK has demonstrated its might as an experienced and tested powerful revolutionary party enjoying absolute support and trust of the popular masses.

This would be unthinkable without the wise leadership of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, he added.

Gyula Thurmer who visited the DPRK heading the delegation of the Hungarian Communist Workers' Party, had this to say:

The WPK founded by Kim Il Sung has set a brilliant example in socialist construction.

The Korean people are registering spectacular achievements under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il who has creditably carried forward the President's cause.

I am pleased that the WPK has made great progress in all fields by embodying the political mode of attaching importance to the military affairs.

Mouhammad Bouchiha who visited the DPRK leading the delegation of the People's Unity Party of Tunisia recalled that Kim Il Sung led the WPK along the road of victory.

He went on:

The President's revolutionary cause has been successfully carried forward and accomplished by Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Il has developed the WPK into an ever-victorious revolutionary one with his outstanding ideological and theoretical activities and energetic leadership.

The exploits performed by the peerlessly great men in the party building will shine forever.
