US Attempt to Dominate World by Force Flayed
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The U.S. is still dreaming of dominating the world by force and its wild ambition for the world domination are creating instability in its various parts.

Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in a signed article.

The above-said moves of the U.S. are no more than a day-dream, the article notes, and goes on:

The U.S. imperialists' moves to realize their ambition for dominating the world by force are a grave challenge to the development of history.

The U.S. has been hell-bent on the development of new type nuclear weapons, seeking to put all the issues related to the development and possession of nukes under its supervision and control and persistently staging sub-critical nuclear tests.

What merits a more serious attention is that the U.S. imperialists have posed a constant nuclear threat to the anti-imperialist independent non-nuclear states, while providing their allies and followers with "nuclear umbrellas."

The DPRK has always remained a target of the U.S. imperialists' nuclear strike. As evidenced by many facts which have already been disclosed, the DPRK has been exposed to the danger of a nuclear war posed by the U.S. imperialists several times, beginning with what happened during the Korean war in the 1950s.

The army and people of the DPRK keenly realized through their life experience that it is absolutely impossible to protect the revolutionary gains achieved by their forerunners at the cost of their blood, the dignity of the nation and peace unless they counter the U.S. imperialists' reckless nuclear blackmail with nuclear deterrent for self-defense.

The DPRK's access to nuclear deterrent for self-defense is entirely a natural product of the U.S. imperialists' policy of nuclear threat to it.

Their moves to realize their ambition for world hegemony by force are as foolish an act as digging their own graves.
