Bulletin Issued in Bangladesh
Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- The Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy released a bulletin titled "The architect of escalated tension" on Nov. 3.

The bulletin in an article noted that the DPRK proposed to the parties to the Armistice Agreement to start as early as possible the talks for replacing the AA by a peace treaty this year, 60 years after the outbreak of the Korean War.

This peace proposal of the DPRK won sympathy and support from the broad sections of the international community but was rejected by the U.S., it said, and went on:

The U.S. attempted to destabilize the situation in the Korean Peninsula and drag its neighboring countries into arms race so as to deter the economic development of the region and provide an opportunity favorable for its munitions industry.

The U.S. administration sought to avoid the accusations against the government by displaying great influence in the settlement of international issues and create favorable environment in the off-year election this year.

The U.S. can never evade the blame and criticism from the international community for escalating tension on the peninsula.
