Kim in the message said the Korean people regard and sincerely respect the great king as a prominent statesman and a close friend as he has greatly contributed to the independence and development of Cambodia, the prosperity of the Khmer nation and the development of friendly relations between the DPRK and Cambodia and wished him good health and happiness.
