| Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- The 2010-2012 inter-governmental plan for implementing the agreement on cultural cooperation between the DPRK and Syria was signed here Wednesday. It was inked by Jon Yong Jin, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and Souheil Haidar, Syrian charge d'affaires ad interim here. |
