DPRK-Bulgaria Inter-Governmental Plan Signed

| Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The 2010-2013 inter-governmental plan for cooperation in the fields of science, education and culture between the DPRK and Bulgaria was signed in Sofia on Oct. 20. It was inked by DPRK Ambassador to Bulgaria Jo Sung Ju and a vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria. |
