Reception Given for Angolan Delegation
Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea gave a reception for the visiting delegation of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola on Tuesday.

Present there on invitation was the delegation led by Jorge Inocencio Dombolo, member of the Political Bureau and coordinator of the Discipline and Audit Commission of the Central Committee of the movement.

Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the WPK and Ri Yong Chol, vice department director, and other officials of the C.C., the WPK were present there.

Kim Yong Il said in his speech at the reception that the movement under the correct leadership of President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos has gained great successes in its struggle to consolidate the stability and peace of the country and improve the standard of people's living by developing economy.

He expressed thanks to the movement for extending support and encouragement to the WPK and the Korean people in their efforts to build a great prosperous and powerful socialist nation and achieve the independent reunification of the country, setting store by the development of relations with the WPK.

He stressed that the WPK would make positive efforts to favorably develop the friendly relations with the movement in the future, too.

Jorge Inocencio Dombolo in his speech expressed belief that the visit of the delegation would make a contribution to the strengthening of the friendship and solidarity and the cooperative relations between the two countries.

He expressed warm thanks to the cooperation to Angola made by the WPK, the Korean government and people under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

He pointed out the will to make efforts to continue consolidating and developing the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties and countries in the mutual interests.
