Agreement on Friendship and Scientific Exchange and Cooperation Signed

| Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- An agreement on friendship and scientific exchange and cooperation between Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering and the "Luis Vargas Torres" Esmeraldas University of Technology in Ecuador was signed at the People's Palace of Culture on Monday. Present there were Pang Sun Chol, rector of Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering, So Ho Won, chairman of the DPRK-Ecuator Friendship Association, and others and Alfonso Murgueytio, vice-president of the "Luis Vargas Torres" Esmeraldas University of Technology in Ecuador, and his party. The agreement was inked by Pang Sun Chol and Alfonso Murgueytio. |
