The work, published on July 26, Juche 85 (1996), clarifies the idea that the Juche philosophy is an original one developed and systematized with its peculiar principles and a revolutionary and popular one truly conducive to the struggle for the independence of the popular masses.

The work clarifies the tasks to be implemented to study the Juche philosophy and explain and disseminate it in line with the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea and apply it to the revolutionary practices to the letter.
