The bulletin edited articles titled "October and WPK" and "WPK, guide of the Songun cause, and Kim Jong Il".

The bulletin said in the articles that the founding of the WPK was a significant event in developing in depth the Korean revolution and carving out the destiny of the people, adding that it is thanks to the WPK that the DPRK has demonstrated its might as an independent power with powerful political and military might and a fortress for independence against imperialism which no one can provoke and destroy.

The WPK has demonstrated its might as the guide of the Songun cause under the leadership of Kim Jong Il, holing him in high esteem as its general secretary, the bulletin noted.

It stressed that the WPK has put the political and ideological might onto an exceptionally high level by strengthening the single-minded unity of the whole society in every way and provided a solid military guarantee for building a thriving socialist nation by pursuing the Songun politics and made a breakthrough in making leap forward in economic construction, too.

It noted that the WPK holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem will demonstrate in the future, too, its might as the guide of the revolutionary cause of Songun.
