An inaugural ceremony took place at Blagobeshensk State University of Education in Amur Region on September 26.

A. I. Donchenko was elected chief of the group at the ceremony.

Speakers said at the ceremony that the DPRK, guided by the Juche idea founded by President
Kim Il Sung, has played a great role in developing the world's history.

The Juche idea has been steadily developed in depth and widely studied and disseminated in many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America thanks to General Secretary Kim Jong Il, they noted.

The DPRK is triumphantly advancing the cause of building a thriving nation under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea and the Songun idea, they said, expressing belief that the Korean people would certainly fling open the gate to a thriving nation in 2012.

A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the ceremony.
