Floral Basket from Palestinian President

| Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il was presented with a floral basket by Mahmoud Abbas, president of Palestine, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and chief of the Palestinian National Authority, in congratulation of his reelection as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and its 65th birthday. The floral basket was handed to Kim Yong Il, alternate Politburo member and secretary of the WPK Central Committee, by Palestinian Ambassador to the DPRK Ismail Ahmed Mohamed Hasan on Friday.
