The bulletin edited an article titled "65th Birthday of WPK" carrying photos of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The article of the bulletin said:

The Korean people have dynamically advanced along the road of socialism, foiling all provocations of the imperialists under the leadership of the WPK founded by the President on Oct. 10, 1945.

The 65-year-long history of the WPK proves that the leadership of the party provides a sure guarantee for the victory of the cause of independence of the popular masses and the cause of socialism.

The WPK set forth the right strategy and tactics for the victory of the cause of socialism and laid down the most correct line and policies reflecting the desire and demands of the popular masses for independence in every period and at every stage of the revolution and construction, it said, and went on:

The Peruvian People's Women Union warmly congratulates Kim Jong Il on his reelection as general secretary of the WPK and wishes him greater success in his work.

The organization expressed the belief that the WPK led by Kim Jong Il would fling open the gate to a thriving nation without fail in the year of 2012, the centenary of birth of the President, the founder of socialist Korea.
