The clinic, which was held, divided into theoretical and practical courses at the Sports Science Library and the swimming pool of the Changgwang Health Complex, was participated in by coaches of local sports teams and teachers of juvenile sports schools.

It dealt with some changed regulations, refereeing methods, basic technical training of players, etc.
