Kim in the message noted that the Malian people have made great progress in their efforts to consolidate the country's sovereignty and achieve the nation's prosperity and positively contributed to the stability and development of the region for the last five decades since the proclamation of their republic.

Expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would steadily grow stronger, the message sincerely wished the president greater success in his responsible work.
