S. Korean Organizations Vow to Struggle for Peace
Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- More than 10 civic and public organizations of south Korea including the Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration held the 132nd action for independent reunification and peace on Sept. 14.

Recalling that the U.S. is set to persistently enforce sanctions against the DPRK, they accused the Lee Myung Bak regime of desperately stepping up the moves against the DPRK under the pretence of the warship case.

They deplored that the people are suffering damages owing to the diplomatic policy failure of the authorities keen on tightening the alliance with the U.S.

The authorities issued a final report on the warship case, but they failed to produce trustworthy evidence, they noted, and continued:

The "government" should come out for the inspection of state administration and south-north joint investigation into the case in order to correctly probe it as most of the respondents to the recent opinion poll expressed distrust and suspicions over the results of the investigation into the case released by the authorities.

The organizations vowed to struggle for peace on the Korean Peninsula.
