Noting that the two countries have favorably developed the bilateral relations while respecting and cooperating with each other in the idea of independence, peace and friendship for over the past three decades, the message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would continue to grow stronger on the principles of respect for sovereignty, equality and mutual benefit in the future, too.
