Kim Yong Jin, chairman of the commission, Jon Yong Jin, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the association, Jon Kuk Man, vice-chairman of the commission, officials of various universities and officials concerned were on hand.
